Brad Gilbert expressed his admiration for the reopening of the Hunters Point Tennis Courts, which were originally established in 1987 by Arthur Ashe. He commended the achievement and highlighted its significance for the Hunters Point community.

 

BD Brad Gilbert expressed his excitement and offered congratulations to the YTA for successfully reinstating the Hunters Point courts. He emphasized the importance of the four new courts for the community and highlighted their alignment with Arthur Ashe’s legacy, dating back to their inception in 1987. Gilbert underscored the significance of tennis in promoting education and community engagement, expressing eagerness to witness the program’s impact firsthand and see children actively involved in the sport.

Frances Tiafoe extended his congratulations to the Hunters Point community and the YTA for the reopening of four new courts in San Francisco. He advised young players to listen to their instructors, understand that success takes time, and to enjoy the game while playing with friends, emphasizing the importance of being a better individual.

Yannick Noah also congratulated his friend and everyone involved in restoring the four tennis courts in Hunter Point, San Francisco, originally opened by his mentor, Arthur Ashe, in 1987.
